College/Career
Lord of the Rings Extravaganza
Saturday, August 30, starting at 8:30am, all those who are college & career aged (18-29) are invited to watch all three extended cuts of “The Lord of the Rings” trilogy. We will play games, eat and have great fellowship! Please bring snacks or food to share for the day. For more info on the College/Career group, click here.
Mexico Mission Trips
We are going on two mission trips to Mexico. Mark your calendars for the following dates:
September 26-28 (Ensenada)
October 10-12 (La Posada)

Over the next couple of weeks we'll be pulling off a couple of ways that you can help financially support the upcoming mission outreaches to Mexico.
Sunday August 24 - Hot Dog lunch - $3 will get you a hot dog, chips, and drink.
Sunday September 7 - Bake Sale between morning services
Sunday September 14 - get your car washed and support missions!
We're going to have a Baptism/potluck celebration on Sunday Sept. 7 at 1:00pm. Check out questions about baptism here including videos of some previous baptisms.

Thursday Nights
Starting September 11, our weekly Jesus Cafe and Servant school is returning.
Chef Andy will be cooking up delicious dinners so you won't have to cook before coming to class, starting with: Shrimp Pasta w/ cream sauce, Herb-Lemon Chicken, and Veggie Deli-Wraps. Dinner starts at 5:30pm, Adults $4, kids $2.
The classes start at 7:00pm, including:
The Shack - Pastor Dave Dunagan will lead a class through this best-selling book where tragedy confronts eternity.
Old Testament 101 - Greg Bird will be leading a chronological overview of the Old Testament. Ever wondered how it all fits together?
New Believers - Pastor Caleb Beller will join with Frank Lindley to help you explore the basics of what it means to follow Jesus.
Moms raising daughters - Kim Beller will be teaching this class for moms, aimed at raising girls.
Bible Study - Pastor Rich will continue his current study through the book of Romans.
